Finished products department
MANUAL CONTROL AND FINISHING
The finishing department carries out an initial quality control of the surface, thicknesses and general robustness of the piece extracted from the mould.
– Elimination of any small molding defects
– Preparation of the piece for a coat of polyurethane primer
– New control of the surface of the piece and preparation of the same for the subsequent, possible, painting phase
MANUAL PERIMETER FINISHING
– Elimination of excess material, waste edges and out-of-figure material
– Use of special electric tools equipped with diamond cutting discs and diamond tips useful for making any incisions and perforations
ROBOTIC PERIMETER FINISHING
– Particularly suitable for productions with high numbers
– Mathematics for finishing developed by the Technical Office, based on the perimeter of the piece to be finished
– Robotic finishing inside the 5-axis machining centre
– Possible removal of areas not shown
– Significant reduction in finishing times and cutting precision
– Use of cutting jigs, with anchoring of the piece through the void
